Boiler Repair
No matter how old your boiler is, I will diagnose and repair your boiler using quality components and parts, all work is covered with a 1 year labour and minimum 1 year parts guarantee.
Gas Boiler Servicing - Minor (annually)
What I guarantee to include in your boiler service;

A visual check of the boiler & flame (if possible)

Checking the operating pressure and/or heat input

Checking the flue (externally & internally), safety devices, case seals form an effective seal

Boiler casing removed to check all main boiler components (burner, heat exchanger, main injector, spark / sensor probe)

Boiler fired safely to identify any working faults

Condensate trap & sump washed and cleaned

A service report showing everything that has been done
Gas Boiler Servicing - Major (generally 5-7 years)
What I guarantee to include in your boiler service, in addition to all of the above;

Replacement burner seal, spark / sensor probe and condensate seals
